egglife egg white wraps can be served cold, straight out of the package, or warmed up if you prefer. Since they’re fully cooked and ready-to-eat, they need not be warmed to a certain temperature, or even at all, before eating.
You can warm or heat your wraps. If warming in the microwave, start with 10 seconds and add a few additional seconds as desired. To heat on the stovetop, place your wrap in a skillet over medium/high heat for 15-30 seconds each side.

If your egglife wraps remain sealed and refrigerated, they will stay fresh until the ‘best by’ date stamped on the back of the package. Once you open the package, we recommend you consume your wraps within 7 days.
Yes! egglife wraps can be frozen for up to 3 months. To prepare, thaw your package of egglife in the refrigerator overnight. We recommend heating the wraps on a skillet for 10-15 seconds after thawing or blotting with a paper towel to eliminate any excess moisture. Upon thawing, please consume the wraps within 7 days. We do not recommend refreezing wraps after they have been thawed.
Yes, egglife wraps must be refrigerated to preserve their freshness.
We are currently exploring alternate packaging solutions with resealable closures. In the meantime, we recommend simply closing the egglife® package with a clip or placing the open wraps in a zip top bag.
egglife wraps are made with 95% egg whites, which equates to approximately two large egg whites per wrap.
Xanthan gum is a natural ingredient produced by the bacteria Xanthomonas campestris. It’s great at thickening low fat things and keeping foods soft and pliable. Xanthan gum is naturally gluten free and dairy free, and it does not contain any allergens. It is considered vegetarian. Because we use so little of it in our wraps, it does not contribute significantly to calories, carbs, or nutrition.
egglife egg white wraps do not contain any artificial preservatives. Rather, we use an ingredient called nisin as a natural preservative.
Nisin is a natural preservative produced by the bacteria Lactococcus lactis. It is made up of protein building blocks (amino acids) that naturally deter the growth of certain bacteria that are known to spoil food. Nisin ensures egglife wraps stays fresh.
Yes, egglife wraps are compatible with a keto lifestyle. Made with 95% egg whites, egglife wraps have <1g carbs, 5g+ protein, and 0g sugar.
Yes! egglife egg white wraps are all gluten-free and grain-free..
egglife utilizes natural flavors derived from natural sources such as vegetables, fruits, herbs, etc. as defined by the FDA. Unfortunately, we cannot disclose the specific flavors we use as that is proprietary information.
Our egglife manufacturing facility is free from milk, gluten, peanuts and tree nuts (including coconut), shellfish, and sesame. Egg is the only major allergen in our facility. Our egglife manufacturing plant is SQF (Safe, Quality Food) Certified, and we uphold guidelines provided by our SQF third party certifier which prevent cross contamination and create an allergen friendly facility.
egglife egg white wraps can be found chillin’ in the refrigerated section near the eggs. In some grocery stores, egglife is found near the shredded cheese or refrigerated tortillas.
